This Privacy Policy describes how NotesGPT("NotesGPT," "we," "us") handles information when you use our free iOS app and related services.

NotesGPT is a notes app with built-in AI tools. We collect and process some information to provide sign-in, sync, AI features, security, and support. We do not sell personal data.

Depending on how you use the app, we may collect:

• Account information (such as email or account identifiers from Apple or Google sign-in)
• Notes, chats, and related content you create or store in the app
• App usage and operational data needed to run the service
• Technical and diagnostic information (such as crash reports and error logs)
• Information you send when you contact support

You can use NotesGPT as a guest without signing in. Some features, such as sync across devices, require sign-in.

When you use AI features, NotesGPT may send user-selected note or chat content to AI processing services to generate responses, formatting, summaries, or suggestions.

AI output may be inaccurate. You should review AI-generated content before relying on it.

Do not include sensitive information in notes or chats unless you are comfortable with this processing.

NotesGPT supports guest use and sign-in with Apple or Google. Authentication is handled through Firebase.

We use account information to identify your account, provide sign-in, and support app functionality.

Notes and chats may be stored in Firebase and other NotesGPT-managed cloud systems to provide app functionality, backup, and sync when you are signed in.

Data is not limited to your device only. Content you save while signed in may be stored on our cloud infrastructure.

We use service providers to help operate NotesGPT safely and reliably:

• Firebase — authentication, cloud storage and sync, Cloud Functions, and operational usage or security limits
• Sentry — crash and error monitoring
• Pocket Admin — operational event monitoring, such as signup or auth events and unusually large AI usage events

These tools help us maintain reliability, investigate issues, and protect the service from abuse.

We share information with service providers that help us run NotesGPT (such as Firebase, AI processing services, Sentry, and Pocket Admin) only as needed to operate the app.

We do not sell personal data.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of users and the service.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the app, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our policies.

When you delete your account, we delete or deactivate associated account data according to our deletion process, subject to limited retention where required for security, legal, or operational reasons.

You can delete your account in the app from Profile → Data & Privacy → Delete account.

NotesGPT is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page and update the effective date above.

Continued use of NotesGPT after changes become effective means you accept the updated policy.
