By downloading or using NotesGPT, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

NotesGPT is currently offered free of charge. We may add or change features over time.

You may use the app as a guest or sign in with Apple or Google. Some features, such as sync, require sign-in.

NotesGPT includes AI tools that process user-selected note or chat content to provide responses, formatting, summaries, or suggestions.

AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before using or sharing it.

You are responsible for the notes, chats, and other content you create, store, or share through NotesGPT.

You must have the rights to the content you submit and must not use the app to store or distribute unlawful or harmful material.

You agree not to:

• Use the app for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours
• Interfere with or disrupt the app or its infrastructure
• Abuse AI features or attempt to bypass usage or security limits
• Reverse engineer or misuse the service except where permitted by law

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of NotesGPT at any time. We may also update these terms. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date.

Continued use after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms.

NotesGPT is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NotesGPT and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the app.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the app will not exceed the amount you paid us for the app in the twelve months before the claim. Because the app is currently free, that amount is zero.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
