Common topics

Account deletion

You can delete your account in the app from Profile → Data & Privacy → Delete account. If you cannot access the app, email support@notesgpt.app from the email linked to your account.

AI formatting issues

If AI formatting or responses look wrong, try again with a shorter selection or simpler request. Include the note title and what you asked the AI to do when you contact support.

Locked notes

Locked notes stay private behind your device passcode or biometrics. If you cannot unlock a note, make sure your device authentication is working. We cannot recover locked note content without your device unlock.

Sync and sign-in

Sync is available when you sign in with Apple or Google. Guest notes may stay on your device only. If sync looks out of date, sign out and sign back in, then check your network connection.

Reporting bugs

Email support with your device model, iOS version, and steps to reproduce the issue. Screenshots help when they do not include private note content you do not want to share.
